Juan Molins joins the Criminal Law and Compliance Department of Dr. Frühbeck Abogados as Co-Director of Counsel

We are pleased to announce that JUAN MOLINS OTERO has joined Dr. Frühbeck Abogados as Co-Director Of Counsel, jointly with Mr. GUILLERMO FRÜHBECK OLMEDO, in our Criminal Law and Compliance Department.

JUAN MOLINS has been a practising lawyer since 1986 at the Madrid Bar Association and received a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid in 1987. Since then, he has specialised in Economic Criminal Law and has accredited professional experience before the Courts in economic and corporate crimes and all those related to business activity.

He is also an expert in the preparation and implementation of criminal risk prevention plans (Criminal Compliance), as well as in the adaptation to Spanish regulations of the existing Compliance rules of foreign companies or groups.

With this new incorporation, Dr. Frühbeck Abogados has firmly strengthened its Criminal Law and Compliance Department in view of the recent and significant changes in Spanish Criminal Law. These changes affect the possible criminal liability of companies, their managers and employees and have significant repercussions in the business and corporate world.
